A rotary kiln is a slowly rotating cylindrical furnace used for high-temperature processing of materials. It's the backbone of cement, metallurgy, chemical, and environmental industries.
Material enters from the upper end, moves downward as the kiln rotates (1-4 rpm, 3-5% incline), and undergoes chemical or physical transformation at 1000-1600°C before discharge.
Simple in concept. Demanding in execution.

Kiln shell: Alloy steel plate with refractory lining
Tyre & support rollers: Carry the rotating weight
Drive system: Motor + gearbox + girth gear
Seals: Prevent air leakage at both ends
Burner & cooler: Heat source and product cooling

At CIC Heavy Machinery, we produce rotary kilns:
Diameter: Φ1.6m ~ Φ6.0m
Length: up to 100 meters
Applications: cement, metallurgy, chemicals, environmental
Equipped with 8m CNC vertical lathe, 6×20m heavy-duty lathe, and large gear machining workshop, we deliver precision shell welding and girth gear quality that meets the toughest site conditions.

Wide material adaptability, precise temperature control, high throughput, proven reliability, flexible process adjustment
