Two Ball Mills Successfully Shipped to the Democratic Republic of Congo

A new milestone in Zhongshi Heavy Machinery's global delivery program

On September 2, Zhongshi Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully completed the shipment of two large ball mills to the Democratic Republic of Congo. This delivery marks another significant step in the company's overseas expansion and fully demonstrates its capability to supply complete mineral processing equipment to the African market.

The two ball mills were engineered with heavy-duty grinding shells, precision trunnions and a robust transmission system, designed for high-efficiency and reliable operation in demanding mining environments. From raw material selection and machining to assembly and final quality inspection, every stage was strictly controlled under the company's quality management system to ensure dependable long-term performance.

During loading, our technicians coordinated carefully to lift and secure the massive mill shells onto flatbed trucks, then wrapped the equipment in heavy-duty protective covers for the long journey ahead. The logistics team prepared oversized-transport clearance and loading schemes in advance, guaranteeing safe and on-time delivery to the port and onward shipping to the DRC.
